Attorney Don R. White, Jr. is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance in 1993. He then continued his studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1996.
Mr. White focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business and consumer litigation, government, landlord-tenant relations, collections, and general business. He is licensed to practice in all Texas courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas. He is also Board Certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
While pursuing his legal education, Mr. White earned Academic Achievement Awards in Payment Systems and Personal Property Security. After law school, he spent 10 years in the automobile management industry, where he earned the titles of General Manager, Services Manager, and General Sales Manager.
Mr. White holds membership in the State Bar of Texas and the Denton County Bar Association. He was a member of the Leadership Denton class of 2001, and was named a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly in both 2006 and 2007.
